"Was excited to try the food, was stopped at the door asking if I had tickets for the comedy show. It was mandatory to pay for the comedy show to be able to have dinner, walked back out. Wake up, Vancouver is expensive, if you want to have clients, you can’t just force them to pay and watch some random comedy show, there are plenty of options around you."

I needed to use the washroom, and even though businesses in general are only slowly beginning to open things up to the public, and are under little obligation to make facilities available, they still did. Great job! And while I was ordering my coffee, I asked for a tray so I could transport it on my bike rack. They again duly obliged to my request! Amazing service! Thank you for making customer service your first priority!"

"Ordered an ice coffee and they nailed it! Some Starbucks does the measurements wrong and it ends up tasting either too sweet or not enough sweet, they got it right and I enjoyed every minute of it."
