"I had a very nice dinner with a friend. The chef, Chi herself, came out to make suggestions. The food was high-quality and beautifully presented. This is not a pho joint but rather a nice place to spend an evening. Interesting cocktail list."

"The usual range of Vietnamese dishes. Restaurant is very clean (recently renovated) and they take credit cards. I never get much past the national dish pho but it is tasty...not too much MSG in the food.They also have a good range of dishes without beef for those who avoid this red meat. We eat here regularly"

"It was coming down hard in rain and I really needed something comforting. I was passing by and noticed somewhat of a dive hole with alot of people inside. I decided to take a risk.<br/ <br/ The wait was only 2 minutes, I lucked out. I got their traditional beef pho and wow... The broth is delicious.<br/ I saw alot of other specialized dishes around me that made me want to come back and try it out with a bigger group of friends. Service was decent. Overall I was impressed and can't wait to try dinner out.<br/"

"At Pho Xe Lua 24, the phở comes in small $8.75), large $9.75) and extra large $10.75). The three of us shared the extra large House Special with rice noodles. The bowl arrived at our table steaming hot. The meat to noodle ratio was very reasonable and the broth was light and flavourful. Meat was tender and thinly sliced while the noodles were slightly chewy. Pho-bulous, my friends, pho-bulous."

"Vietnamese restaurants are not normally known for their great service. Cambie Vietnamese, sometimes known as Vancouver Vietnamese or just Vietnamese, is a noted exception. Owner Brian has got to be one of the happiest people on Earth and that's why the DotComPho.com crew call this place home. We affectionately refer to it as Happy Pho. The food is decent enough and your large bowl of pho comes with free noodle refills."

"Best Pho around. I've been to a TON of Pho places in the lower mainland, and without question this is the best in my opinion. Mainly, I admit, because of their chili satay sauce that they make. As opposed to the generic chili oil you'll find in most Pho places, this one is very rich in flavour, not nearly as oily (at least it doesn't seem to be; compare the wonderfully thick sauce here with the container 1/2 full of just oil in most places), and deliciously spicy. You can even buy a jar of it here, which is great so I have it at home for the many times I do take-out from here.<br/ <br/ In addition, their pho is just great. You'll find the usual suspects compared with most Pho, but my go-to dish is Seafood and Pork with egg noodles. I've ordered this same dish at many, many Pho places, and Got Pho is again, the best. They pack in more meat than most, with a lot more variety and some really great pieces (some kind of fish cake thing that is AMAZING and a friend shrimp thing) that I haven't gotten anywhere else."
