"For a place that only serves soup and sandwiches, I’d expect the quality of both to be far better. The turkey on the sandwich was basically dollar store lunch “meat”, the ciabatta was a flavorless foam, and the beer cheese soup was a blend of flavor modifiers, starches, and preservatives. "This year my wife and I decided tospend our anniversary dinner at Wild Roots. It was a fantastic experience. The staff was very friendly and the food was excellent. One thing I was very impressed with was the portion size. Some have said the portions were small, but I disagree. The portions were perfectly sized to leave both of us content but with room for dessert. It shows skill in the kitchen to design a menu like that. The Bulgogi Meatballs were incredible and I loved the Fat Noodles I ordered and my wife won't stop talking about the Duck Breast she had. All-in-all a wonderful experience."

"The worst service I have encountered in my life. I have worked in the food industry for over 8 years of my life. They owed me guacamole because they were out. Then tried to order it the next day they were out . I called a couple weeks later and was told a different manager was working so they can 't do it. I was upset because I paid for an item I didn 't receive. I went in and the manager laughed while I showed how dissatisfied I was. I will never recommend this place to anybody. I will never trump decent food with horrifying service."

"Been here many times. Today was not ideal. Girl taking the orders got stuff wrong and missing. So went back inside to pay more and try again. And got home to mooshed burgers. Way less done than any normal burgers. And a mile from the well done burgers ordered. Literally unable to eat them they were gross. They never heated the buns either so imagine burgers under water under cooked and your on the same page. I tried the manager but that was useless. I dont normally go to this location but a credit at the hy 18 place could work for me at some point. I am not spending 15 dollars worth of gas to try to get my 13 dollars of bad burgers fixed. So one store cant fix another stores issues. Seems odd .. So have had good food at times and like the menu. But if the person taking the orders cant get it right and the kitchen sends out mushy undercooked stuff your done."
