"I love Blak's Bakery and have been going there since the 90's... Everything is yummy and always good, maybe too good? Packi's are the best I won't get them anywhere else, why would you! ... recently I was helped by Skylar and she was very sweet (just like a danish) she might have talked me into buying more than usual but please, twist my arm!!"

"Among the amazingly fresh breads and desserts and pastries Italia bakery has to offer, they have just recently reintroduce the hot table! Their arancini riceballs are filled with cheese and meat sauce in the center and so fresh. Their meatballs are also a must try. My kids and I also enjoy their fresh loaf of Nonna 's bread sliced. The pastries all look delicious! The peaches and Sicilian cannoli are again...our favorites. Everything has always been fresh. I 'm always met with a warm smile by the staff and the customer service is great."

"One year plus into this pandemic, we?re all tired, We'll take any ray of light or positivity even if its a kids birthday attended only by our Bubble. Kids already missed a birthday, this year?s we wont miss. Breathe some stability into thisotherwise uncertain time. Planned for weeks, ordered the Cake a week out, should be more than enough time to make ahypoallergenic birthday cake, what can go wrong? Arrive at this business on the day of, surprise! They gave my Cake to someoneelse. How does that even happen? They?ll call the customer to bring the cake back. Em no, I don?t want a Cake that?s alreadygone to someone?s House, needless to say we?re in the middle of a Pandemic!?! how about give me the other customers cake? it?s ahypoallergenic Cake, same as mine, ?Can?t give you theirs, its a specific theme?, Uh?!? The theme can?t mean that much to themif they looked at mine and took it Home. Staff makes no effort to make it right. I leave, unable to go back Home and facebirthday kids empty handed, and unfamiliar with an alternative hypoallergenic cake source, I grit my teeth and return, waited inline outside for 20 minutes to buy 2 hypoallergenic Cupcakes, after all that, she says I don?t have to pay for the 2 cupcakesworth A whole $5, No, I think I'll pay and I paid. Talk about insult upon injury, I get that mistakes happen, as a conscientiousperson/business, we fix it, I?m not sure which was more distressing, that they gave my kids birthday Cake away or that theylacked the courtesy to correct their error. It can?t be all bad I suppose, all the 5 stars on here show they must get it rightsometimes, but apparently when they get it wrong, they get it ruin your event wrong. Will I return to or recommend thisbusiness? Ah! In the unlikely event that cupcakes somehow become the remedy for COVID 19, and I was on my way out due to COVID19, I still would not go to this business because chances are that they would have given my life saving cupcake to the wrongcustom"

"My absolute favorite Timmys location. I ALWAYS stop in before and sometimes after visiting Belle Isle Park, it's the perfect addition to an adventure on the island. The coffee is always fresh and made the way you ordered. Never have I had to check to see if my order was right, because it always is, and somehow my coffee always seems to taste a little bit better when I get it here."

"Took my daughter and their friends there for a snack after dinner unfortunately discovered that they do not give free samples anymore to test new flavors my daughter has a dairy allergy and we took a chance and paid for a dairy free ice cream which she ended up throwing almost all of it away after trying it and we paid for it because they do not give free samples was quite disappointed and so was she.. probably won't be back.... was able to see the employees playing on their cell phones when there were lots of things in the store that could have been done like cleaning up the floors and counters overall was relatively disappointed maybe we'll give it some time try it out again later on in life"

"First of all, amazing food, ordered the chicken shawarma plate and roasted leg of lamb and they are both good. The leg of lamb could have used more seasoning but it was roasted to perfection where the meat just fell off the bone. Three stars is purely for how I felt. The plate came with garlic sauce and a side of pita, and when I saw the quarter of a crunchy pita sitting on top of the chicken, I was like okay maybe that's just what the restaurant think how a side of pita should look like. So I asked to add a side of soft pita (because I LOVE PITA), and the lady quickly brought me a basket of plastic wrapped pita that is on every table except for mine, noted that when I arrived the restaurant we were the only table. I just can't help but think that, what if they don't serve nor even ask if I want pita because they just assumed I won't appreciate pita, because literally every table has a basket of it, unless everyone happened to ask for it but I doubt it, because as I left the restaurant I noticed a table has water and pita on their table before their food even arrives. So yea despite the food tasting really good, the meal left me feeling slightly bitter."
