"Very friendly and friendly team. Wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Limited vegetarian/vegan menu, but the food was delicious one of the best meals I ever had. Would like to see that these options will be expanded in the future. The atmosphere was also good and the environment felt cozy and private."

"A lovely time from start to finish. Our waiters were friendly, attentive and hard working. The starter I chose was the tempura prawns with sweet chilli dip. Very tasty and full of flavour. The roast pork, roast beef and burger meals myself and family had chosen, we ageed they were cooked to perfection and puddings and sauces to accompany the meats were homemade. The sticky toffee pudding with ice-cream and Vanilla and raspberry creme-brulee finished a delightful meal. A lovely atmosphere and a great Mother's day!"

"Very pleasant visit. have also stayed here and really feels like a trip back to the medieval days. air con generators can be a bit loud for some of the rooms and the bathroom decoration is not really in tune with the ära or actually modernized on a standard they would expect. eating is excellent, the rooms are comfortable and the grounds are extensive and interesting with some beautiful gardens a beautiful lake and courtyard in which to have a drink. the wellness area must be refurbished, as the sauna and the “Gym” are very old, but the pool is a good size clean and perfect temperature. I would recommend seckford hall for a visit."

"Everything went down well until some golfing guests kicked off in the bar. They were treated with respect by the bar staff but they all flagrantly broke the covid rules. My wife and I were sat in a shouting match that would have good in a western saloon bar. We eventually took our drinks to our room because the open shouting was dangerous in these times. We were sat between the barman who was trying to calm things and the lout.Many guests witnessed their diatribe and an old couple were particularly upset.Your barman should have followed through with the threat to call the police. Unfortunately he was not backed up by the manageress and the arguments continued. My experience is that golf clubs encourage respect from thier golfers.If things do not improve tonight I intend on complaining to the local licensing magistrate"
