"Their coleslaw is great, and the salads are good, but, no onion means no onion. It is really frustrating to get your meal home and find extra onion on an order where you asked for none. In order to dig it all out of the salad I'd have to get rid of a lot of the salad. And then for the person packaging it to mark it off as complete, when clearly there is a bunch of onion sitting in the corner and under the toppings it really makes you wonder what they are looking at when they package up the order. It certainly was not the receipt or the food."
