"Finally had the chance to try the Prince Street Cafe in York. Walking in, I was immediately charmed. The brightness and clean, contemporary feel was fresh and all the plants so welcoming. The wait staff, on the other hand, were NOT welcoming. When we placed our order, we were made to feel like we were a complete bother. We ordered the Southwestern Chicken Burrito, the Herb Ricotta veggie bowl, and an orange juice. The food was SO Good, but we never got the oj. Asked twice, still never got it. We really wanted to try the muffins, but neither of us wanted to deal with the wait staff at the counter so we left without trying the pastries. Sadly, we had already added a nice tip to our order, which wasn't earned, but rather just given out of respect. I would recommend the food but don't go in expecting great service if this particular staff person is working. She was NOT customer-friendly at all. We probably won't be back as no one likes to feel like they are a bother. We'll stick with the Hive in Dover, or go back to Prince St Cafe in Lancaster."

"Ordered 2 subs and an app. They weren't at all like pictured and came on stale, tough bread. Missing add on ingredients that were paid for. I kid you not when I say I've had better subs from school fundraisers, subway, or even Giant. The current 4.7 rating cannot possibly be accurate"
