"Ordered online for pick up, was given a time, went to the store on the said time, paid tip the person attending me. waited for another 30 minutes people coming and going with their order the tree enployes working there never addressed me. Finally, I gavethe same lady who attended me my receipt, still not saying anything to me, she went to the cash register, I then ask her for therefund because they couldn't fine my order. The saddest thing to me was the fact she, they, never said one word apologizing formy time lost in there. I felt has I was that only unwelcoming (persona non grata) guy in a room."

"I got the deep fried Deep Fried Pickles with Homemade Southwest Sauce, Soft Pretzel Bites, and the Mushroom Swiss. The Deep Fried Pickles tasted as if they were old and microwaved, the Soft Pretzel Bites were good, just wish they were more fresh than them tasting as if they were microwaved as well. I love this restaurant and the food but today was not their best day."

"Just found out what?s on the sandwich menu in heaven? the #7 at Planet Grilled Cheese! All around great experience: friendly service, great menu choices, free refills and kids eat free. I had the onion rings with my sandwich and completely made a mess at the table with the big flaky crispy rings!!! Even if you don?t have any shopping to do at the mall it?s worth a drop by to taste these amazing sandwiches #YUM"
