Dinner for three and the entire experience was wonderful. Calamari appetizer was probably the best ever had. The home made bread was amazing. Entrees we're delicious, hot, perfectly cooked and seasoned and HUGE. Out waiter was a delight, Brazilian guy, quite an entertainer. read more.

If I could give this place a zero I would. The food had no flavor and this is strange for an Italian restaurant especially when you add herbs to a dish, or suppose too . My fiancée and I couldn't believe the level of grossness of the food. I will never visit this establishment again, ever!!!! read more.

"Wonderful restaurant. We were welcomed by the owner who was so warm and friendly! Food is delicious. I had the jerk chicken wrap with lettuce , tomatoes and a delicious pineapple salsa!! Well done! My wife had the fish and chips. Both were fresh.. the fish and fries were crispy and the Cole slaw was creamy and well balanced. We Overheard the people at next table say that the burgers they had were the best ever! Great service and all the staff was so friendly and made you feel welcome. Five star plus! Highly recommend the Island Cafe and Grill. We’ll definitely be back!!"

"We are OH disciples and consider it the best overall food experience in the mid-cape area. One of last night’s entrees missed the usual mark by wide margin. It was certainly edible but far from the quality in taste to which we have been accustomed to for many years. We offered tasteful comments to our server after the fact and did not expect or request any sort of concession. Additionally, we are wine people and frankly, although their list has some tasty options, it’s very weak by comparison to other local restaurants and when considering the general wine market today. There are too many solid and reasonably priced wines on the market today to have such a limited wine list. I suggest their wine buyer needs more perspective. I want to enthusiastically applaud Morgan, one of our favorite people at the OH. Morgan is not a server but rather a facilitator of sorts. Morgan always has a positive attitude and understands better than most what diners seek and need to hear. Thank you, Morgan!"
