We used Shield’s Troy/one of their banquet rooms for my son’s grad party earlier this month. Everything from the room reservation process months before, to them sending me pics of the room so that I would know how to decorate/where, to them assuring me that our guests would have plenty of food/drink throughout the party without me having to worry about it—they were wonderful.
