"Seriously, who the heck is in charge of managing this store?? So severely understaffed that I- a paying customer- had to look for a box of forks, open it and take them out for all the other paying customers. Whoever manages this store: have some self respect and get your act together. There?s trash bags on the floor, no ice on the machine, the whole place is falling apart!"

"I have never written a restaurant review ever, but if I could give this restaurant negative stars, I would. Absolutely RUN from this chipotle. I’ve been going here for a couple of years and I’ve never had a positive experience. Tonight topped it off when I had no chicken or cheese in my burrito bowl and also found a hair. That was after I waited 20 extra minutes for my pickup order. I called but no response. This is the worst managed Chipotle I’ve ever experienced and it should be closed."

"We can't say enough good about this place! I've never been to other places, but this place has never failed me! This is said .. once my u Husband had a cool meal. He said his Burrito bowl was cold...???.but he just nuked it and was satisfied?... Always tasty. and never had problems personally.. But I'm sure a few little things happen. but WE LOVE DIESER PLACE!?"
