"We went through the drive through, right when we got there we had been waiting for at least 1 minutes with out anyone saying anything to take our order. I then said “hello” to make sure they were open. The lady responded really very rudly to tell me she would help me on one minute. So I started ordering and for one of my orders it was a 4 for 4 and we asked for a jr bacon cheeseburger. We have always been able to get this sandwich with this meal and she made me pay extra to get that specific sandwich this time. Next order I asked for certain things not on the sandwich, not realizing it already wasn’t on there. She made sure to let me know that I did not need to tell her that because there is none on there that specific sandwich. Then after that I let it go we pull up to the window have to wait good five minutes for someone to even come and take my car to pay, as we were sitting there I can see this lady making other people‘s orders in mine wasn’t even made yet. We had four orders and I assumed since she made me size up the orders they would be in more than two bags instead she has me two bags, which I litter notice had been extremely stuffed with everything, keep in mind there’s four things in each order. So I take the two bags and they said they’re waiting because I thought there’s two other bags, she proceeds to look at me and snap at me that that was it and I didn’t have anything else and to go. I am younger and this was a older lady, so I was very intimidated and has begged me for the rest of the night. She seemed very on edge and I hope in the future she doesn’t take it out on customers. (Also our food was cold, there was half a chicken nugget, and they had smushed all if it in 2 bags(16 iteams)(i was ordering to bring home to my family) also the entire time she was talking to Me like i was dumb."

"I don't even know how to start this review other than saying how amazing The Pantry KC is. Dee and her husband are some of the kindest people with some amazing baking skills. I've had the pleasure of visiting The Pantry for a good breakfast on the weekends and working with them to cater the dessert for my wedding. Both experiences have been out of this world. When we visit for breakfast on the weekends, the variety of goodies available is huge and sooooo tasty. Im sad I only started visiting in 2022! As for them catering for my wedding, what a GREAT experience!! Dee was so responsive to my emails and I never felt stressed picking desserts or going over the details. She delivered an amazing assortment of desserts and everything was delicious and beautiful. I had so many people ask where the dessert was from. Can't recommend The Pantry enough for casual eating or catering!"

"I’ve gone here a couple times now and wow! Highly recommend. Delicious tea, great selection, reasonable price. This should be your go-to boba tea place.Edit a year later: this is STILL my favorite boba place. Every other place I’ve tried around JOCO seems to not care about quality boba. Ari gets it right EVERY TIME."

"Yesterday they didn’t put the label on my cake pop and I was waiting for it while they didn’t know who it belong to. Today I ordered my frappuccino through the app at 11:59, when I get there it wasn’t ready, I waited thinking they were behind and needed more time, but it was that she had forgot about my drink. I didn’t receive my drink until 12:22, which is irritating because I ordered through the app so I wouldn’t have to wait so long. Everyone there is always so friendly except for that lady who was not only snappy with me but her coworkers."

"Very close to the hotel where we stay in Lenexa when we come to the KC area. Whether it's items we forgot to pack or flowers for friends, we can always find what we need here. The store is really nice, the staff is helpful, and it's all very familiar and priced reasonably. It's all part of the home-away-from-home vibe we go for when we do long weekend getaways from our home in Omaha to rest and relax in the KC area. Well-done, HyVee! I think this is one of the best stores in their chain."

"We moved to KC 6 weeks ago and found this wonderful donut shop when we first arrived. We have been back 4 times because it was that good. I can honestly tell you that I used to go to donut shops in our previous town about 5 times a year. Mr. D’s has both cake and yeast donuts and we have tried most of them. Our favorites are the blueberry and maple glazed. The owners are very helpful, seeing the older folks in the morning enjoying their donuts is lovely and the smell when you first walk in is intoxicating. Five star donut shop for sure! Mr. D’s has won our business."
