"It was lunch time and we were a big hungry bunch roaming around in Vizag when we entered this place. Ramaiah Veg Meals is your typical South Indian meal restaurant which gives well cooked, tasty, homely & healthy food, which is a necessity sometimes.<br>

The Ambiance as I already mentioned is very typical and doesn't boast of a grand experience but the AC is surely a relief from the VIzag humidity!<br>

The food is where they concentrate the most and surely boast of an amazingly vast variety of items and I couldn't even catch the names of a lot of them. They even served fresh juice with the Thali which i had never seen before. Apart from that 2 types of rices, a number of sabzis to go with, kadis, Dal (Pappu in Telugu) and Papads made it one hell of a value for money thali priced at 120/- (Absoutely inclusive of taxes).<br>
You may find Soft Drinks as well there to flush the heavy food down your throat.<br>

"Went there for lunch in a weekday still it was 90% occupied. <br>
Good food. Ambience wise ok. Service needs to improve slightly as we waited for our starter for too long and they brought the starter with the main course! Though their pot biryani is famous but I personally like their Hyderabadi dum biryani better."

This place not only has a decent zomato rating but also has some good reviews on other food and travel portals, so thats where one gets douped. What saddens me more that I chose this place to eat traditional Andhra food on my Birthday, I should have chosen to eat the 2nd time at Paradise instead or somewhere else. <br>

This place is an exclusive veg restaurant and the menu is too confusing. From chinese to North Indian to Andhra food. I should have guessed. And the fact that ZOmato does not have a menu posted for this place makes the meal torturous. The place is huge but even during the day is very dimly lit and seems like a dark and dingy beer bar since there is not enough lighting. <br>

Considering it was a weekday the place was fully occupied and post seeing the menu me and my husband unanimously decided to order an Andhra Thali. The quantity is decent but I have had better Andhra Thali's in Delhi and Gurgaon. This one was absolutely soul less. <br>

"A colleague and I finished work and decided to get some good dinner after a long day at work.. and this was at 12 am, and we assumed a star hotel like Novotel would definitely serve good food and have quick service. We waited for about 10 mins and seated ourselves since no one bothered to come give us a table. We waited another 20 mins to get a menu. The waiter did not know what was available nor knew what the food in the menu were. <br>
We were served cold bread and frozen butter as a complimentary snack until food came in. We ordered the simple aglio olio pasta and it was oily and plain salty. Ordered phulkas which were probably just ok and a decent Rajuli curry. <br>
The waiters decided to slip in the finger bowls before I could finish, clearly asking me to get out. I think the above are reason enough to never come back to this hotel! No point coming into a five star hotel and paying a bomb when you neither get good food nor service. <br>"

"I have cried a casual evening coffee here. the location of caffes is best in the city. the next good thing at the caffe were their seats (the sitting went back and forth because the wheels down). the cage is not at all maintained, the seats are all broken, the metals are all rusty. even the shakes and drinks are served overpriced and I white placed that serve better at the same price. most garments are broken/not maintained, but I think it could be due to the kovids that could affect their household and their personal."
