"Fantastic sushi spot in Simi Valley. It's a small family and friends restaurant with attentive and friendly sushi chefs and waitressess. I was not expecting much quality from the food as it is all the way up in Simi Valley, but the fish was very fresh and the salmon I ordered even seemed to be quality sockeye salmon. Good sushi proportions too with decent cuts of fish and not trying to compensate with excessive sushi rice as other places like to do. The sushi chef offered me a complimentary handroll and even some green tea ice cream after I was finished. Very generous people."

"DISAPPOINTED: 1 I asked for HOT TEA and told the guy twice HOT and when he brought me the tea it was barely warm 2 He never bothered to ask if we needed more soy sauce since we had an empty bottle(see picture). I had to get up and get one by myself from another table 3 Garlic Edamame ???? it was barely warm. Not even fresh 4 Sushi...omg it looked like the chef just put it together with anger or NO PASSION. Look at that plate.. Seriously? It was breaking in pieces and I couldn't even eat it. The rice felt like GUM and NO fresh First and last time"
