"We spent an unforgettable course dinner at the Sens, starting with amuse bouches and champagne on the terrace, accompanied by an Ibiza like sun set. The courses were heavenly and very inventive, daring, contemporary without being too much. The team with Alex, Sue,...Luca, Alice, Germ and Robbert were extremely friendly, multi-lingual and caring. An exceptional experience which makes you travel the whole world without leaving your table. No stiffness at all, on the contrary a cool and open minded attitude which is rare in places of this kind. We will be back !!!"

"Well we've all been to places around the world, some luxury places, some amazing locations, some cool concept locations, been there, done that. But this place here is simply amazing and the price/value ratio is just fantastic. Not only do you have one of the most stunning views in Switzerland across the lake (magic sunset) but you also are treated at the highest level of hospitality you can get. Very friendly staff, super helpful with everything you need, very flexible and convenient, they all make you feel at home. Amazingly great food, we went through a 5-course dinner, good wines with it, and this to prices you will not find anywhere else. So if you want to make your wife a surprise, like I did, this is definitely a place to go. It's not the 5-Star super modern stuff but surprisingly cosy still keeping a good standard. It's the place you go, enjoy the wellness after a great hike through mount Rigi, enjoy the food, drink some wine and go to sleep."

"We enjoyed the Eastermenu. a person didn't like a lamb and could easily adapt the main course. the kitchen is flexible and the foods were fine. However, the service did not meet the expectations. in principle we like to be used by learners, growth is especially important in the hospitality industry. However, we had the feeling here that it lacks support and information from young post-growth workers. the limits of "to be too intrusive and personal" have been exceeded."

"The hotel has potential to be great! But with its current shape, it’s just average and forgettable.. the hotel was located in a small town and next to pier by the lake, but on winter, there’s nothing much going on there.. I also didn’t eat at the restaurant because I was on diet and didn’t find a dish that I’d like. On the other hand, the staffs were friendly. While the price was reasonable, the room wasn’t so great, as the furniture was pretty old. Btw I didn’t take the lake view room, yet I had two balconies with views to the lake. So there were some plus and minus.. I stayed here for two nights and I dreaded the bland breakfast. Some cold cuts, regional cheeses that were old and as dry the cuts, even drier scrambled and overcooked eggs.. the tea options were great, but the coffee was kinda weak. There’s a small self-service gas station next to and Tesla superchargers across the hotel."
