"Wir bestellten seit etwa einem halben Jahr im Schnitt alle 2 Wochen online für mindestens 20 Euro.Die ersten Erfahrungen waren sehr positiv,pünktlich,frisch (Suppe trotz 10min Lieferweg)heiß und das Sushi sehr lecker und gut zubereitet. Dann kamen vermehrt Lieferungen bis zu einer Std zu spät(dann natürlich auch laue warme Speisen).Wir bestellen meist bereits im Vorfeld mit festen Lieferzeitpunkt.Bei telefonischer Rücksprache sind wir nie auf Verständnis gestoßen und wurden nur abgewiesen mit der Begründung,dass es sehr voll sei und dass Liefertermine generell nicht zuverlässig eingehalten werden können.....auf deutsch (was in Hinsicht auf Verständigung leider sprachlich kaum möglich ist,egal wen man am Telefon hat,Fahrer oder diverse Mitarbeiter im Laden): Wir gucken mal wie es so passt und das ist dann das Problem des Kunden. Sehr häufig kamen Lieferungen auch zu früh und wurden dann bei den Nachbarn abgegeben,was natürlich auch unangenehm und unpassend ist,wenn man zu einem Termin bestellt.Zuletzt wurde uns unterstellt,dass wir keine Uhrzeit angegeben hätten und nicht zu Hause gewesen wären....verständlich,wenn man seine Lieferung erst in eineinhalb Std erwartet.Auch hier keinerlei Verständnis,dass wir das "alte Essen" nicht annehmen (unser Vorschlag:Zumindest preislicher Nachlass wurde abgelehnt). Der Vorschlag seitens des Sushi Houses war,dass wir zum vollen Preis neu bestellen könnten,wenn wir es frisch möchten oder einfach die Suppe selbst in der Mikrowelle erwärmen....wohl gemerkt,zum vollen Preis! Nach eindeutiger Vehemenz und deutlichem Hinweis auf unsere entsetzte Kundenzufriedenheit wurde die Bestellung dann storniert (weiterhin unter Anschuldigung,dass es unser Fehler sei....keinerlei Verständnis, geschweige denn Entschuldigung) und wir werden es mit Sicherheit nie wieder probieren!Fazit: - unpünktlich- unzuverlässig- verständnislos- keinerlei Kundenorientierung- sprachliche Barrieren"
