"EMS breakfast burrito eaters club review: To start, this is a traveling breakfast burrito venue. The owner, Matt is an upbeat and friendly guy that is more then willing to talk about the specifics of breakfast burrito making and the business trends in the breakfast burrito industry. As usual, we got two separate burritos, split them and came to an average score. We always ask the creators what the best and most popular options are. We also allow them to tell us the best styles for the various burritos, in order for them to put their best foot forward. In terms of location, todays location was at 310 Coffee Company in West LA. Shoutout to them for a stunning location in perfect Southern California weather. There was a young and old crowd that was enthusiastic and engaged and the music was low key and unobtrusive. Now to the burritos. The first was a standard with added bacon and avocado. They add a cheese shell to the outside of the burrito that adds an extra element of the texture. The eggs were fluffy and tasty, the avocado was fresh and the salsa they make homemade was excellent. Aside from a mild over-salting of the contents, it's flavor profile was very pleasant and texture was spot on. The second burrito was the special of the day. These two burritos were very different. Where the eggs and tater tots were the headliner in the first burrito, the special was all about the smoked pork shoulder. It's unique flavor and texture created a very different and wonderful breakfast burrito. Overall, both burritos were extremely tasty and very well made. The quality of the ingredients and the skill of the creators leads to one of the best breakfast burrito experiences in so cal. Our day was good going into this... and it went to great afterwards.
