What Joanne T likes about 38 and a Half:
We visited this bar a few times during our stay in Alvor. We had jugs of sangria which were to die for at €7.50!! The cheapest but also one of the best. This is a bar locals use and is on one of the main streets where there are plenty of restaurants to choose from. Wine is only €1.50! They also sell food but we didn’t try any as we were only after a drink. Doesn’t look much as you pass by but is well worth a visit. read more.

When the weather conditions is pleasant you can also have something outside, And into the accessible rooms also come guests with wheelchairs or physiological disabilities.

We chose this cafe because it advertised savoury crepes. We sat down and ordered beers, then looked at the menu and ordered a crepe only to be told they were not available .....strange for a cafe that 'cooks from scratch '. Since we now had beers we were committed to stay so my wife ordered cheese , only to be told that it was off......mmmmm a pattern was developing .
