Sax's Steak & Pizza - East Providence

Tried this place one night cause it is right by my houseI was pleasantly surprised The steak sandwiches are great They have so many options.

Food was amazing! Guys did an amazing job getting the food out in a timely manner and food was freshly made HOT and DELICIOUS! I would've taken a picture, but was too busy eating it and enjoying it.

By far my favorite pizza place in EP hands down! I have been eating Saxs for 25+ years! No question, order the food! : always friendly service! The onion rings are the best!

I really want to go on a rant about how amazing my experience was at Sax’s. As a Rhode Islander I’m embarrassed to say that this was my very first time at Sax’s. I’ve passed by this place and consciously known it was there for at least a decade and a half and never stopped in. Well this time I did and I don’t know what I was thinking! I ordered an extra cheese with onions and mushrooms. Man o man, is it hyperbole to say Sax’s is better than any cheesesteak I’ve ever had anywhere? Yes! The team was so homey, I felt like I was at an aunts house and hanging with my overzealous cousins who mom lets them curse. They were so much fun! Not to mention the line was out the door! On a MONDAY! Where they do that at? Run, don’t walk.
