Not a sushi fan but saw the other typical Japanese items on the menu and choose this restaurant. It was not authentic. Ordered the Katsudon and pork cutlet was tough, noticed that the cook did not cut the cutlet against the grain which made it tough. Think the menu looks authentic but made more for the American taste read more.
