I recently visited Nando's in North Hobart and purchased 4 gift vouchers valued at $50 each. However, I was surprised to learn that there was a 15% surcharge due to it being a Public Holiday. I questioned the reason for this extra charge, especially considering it was for just a gift card and not a service.
