Thai Express - Oakville

I have been eating at this eatery for some time.The portion is inconsistent ever since they hired new cooks.No matter, the standard of the food was still reasonable.The straw that broke the proverbial camel's back was when they increased their prices yet again.The last increase was maybe, just 2-3 years ago.I'll take my business elsewhere.

The customer service at this restaurant was extremely lacking and the staff was very rude. When we requested a take-out order, we were told to wait. After waiting for more than 10 minutes, we asked again and were met with insults and inappropriate language. We have reported this incident to mall security and management.

I had a decent meal, but it was very oily and difficult to digest. The chef seemed irritated when I requested for the cooktop to be cleaned of meat products to prepare a vegetarian dish. The other staff, such as the cashier, were also not very friendly.

I have been dining at this ice cream shop for a while now. The quality has been inconsistent since they hired new chefs. Despite this, the food standards were still acceptable. However, the final straw was when they raised their prices. The last price increase was only 2-3 years ago. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I love their tasting lunch menu! There is so much to choose from on their menu and the staff is really nice.
