Billy 's Is Back. Read available comments and was a bit leary about dinner. New Years Eve can be spotty for kitchen talent. Not so this evening. From cocktails to coffee this was a true delight. Crab cake was a monster, all meat. Grouper 'en papillote '(sp) was the best since Europe. Do not miss the fresh cobbler w/ ice creame. Wait staff was comfortable and attentive. Horrible experience! We made reservations, arrived 15 minutes early, and it still too 2 hours to get our food! People we arriving after us that were served and were finished before we even got our soups and salads.
