What Marthe Torres doesn't like about La Fontaine de Jade:
It used to be a typical fusion of Chinese, Thai and Vietnam food before. We tried this time but found the qualities of foos were not as goos as before. The services of waiters were quite good. We later foound out the owner and the chefs had changed. No wonder the food were different. It may need improvement to suit the taste of real gourmet. read more.

"A very intimate but elegant ambience. The menu was simple, but loved the mix of French, Indian and Chinese flavors. My favorite was the Skalopp with Squash. Chef Kelly and her husband were there and they were very nice. I don't speak French, but they had someone who told me the dishes and I didn't feel intimidated at all. Very recommended."
