"You could tell this place is popular and it had a good lunch crowd. Blue cheeseburger was very yummy and hot wings extra crispy done just right. Staff eager to serve and didn't make you linger for the check. Clean and pleasant. The only negative was sitting inside was a couple degrees cooler than we would have liked. "We were in town visiting friends and stopped in on a weekday for lunch. Given how small the town is I expected it to be dead but there was quite a crowd. They were very accommodating in seating us as we had eight and the server was attentive and friendly. The atmosphere is great and the timbered construction is impressive. There is a large seating area as well as a full bar with high seating. There are a couple TVs but the volume was down thankfully. I had a special shaved prime rib sandwich with caramelized onions and mushrooms which was excellent. My wife had the special quiche with a salad and the kids had pasta and chicken fingers. They had a nice selection of beers on draft. My friends suggested that reservations are helpful on weekends and I can see why. The menu is pretty extensive and the food fresh."
