"If you like beer there is no reason not to give this place 5 stars. The selection is enormous and the prices are reasonable. Plus they will let you try things until you find what you like. My wife hates beer but they poured her a special grapefruit infused beer that she actually likesThe people who work there are great and the owner loves to chat and drink with customers which is always a plus. Many places will pour high alcohol content beers into smaller glasses and charge the same price. Here you get bigger glasses! This spot is not to be missed. Only regret is not buying a custom growler for the road to bring back to NY"

"Me and my boyfriend visited Marktküche and believe this was the best (vegan dinner we have ever had. The whole experience was outstanding from beginning to the end. The food was extraordinarily tasty and we experienced surprising tastes and sensations in every course. Our whole experience started with the herb butter, which my boyfriend doubted to be vegan (this is how good it was! . We ordered the 6-course menu and believe this was perfect in terms of quantity and experience. We wouldn't go for less courses because the experience is simply too amazing and each additional dish made us incrementally happy. We also had the wine pairing which was perfectly matched to our dishes. Because we are both vegan, it was especially nice to experience a surprise tasting that usually lives from slow-cooked high-quality meat and fish creations. In my opinion, this was even better than any surprise tasting I had before I turned vegan. On a side note, the restaurant is located at the corner of a street and life was busy around us (bikes, people walking , yet, not loud or annoying to the experience. In fact, we especially loved this location and coziness/ relaxed atmosphere it brought us. Similarly, the whole team was extremely friendly and open for a chat. We really enjoyed this uncomplicated, homely atmosphere of such a fancy place, while still following the restaurant etiquette but adjusting to the guests needs. This is a really unique place. This is for all foodies, regardless of their diet!! We will definitely come back when we visit Zurich the next time."

"This restaurant is inexpensive for Switzerland and is really good quality. The owner is super nice and checked up on us more than once. My boyfriend got the wings and burger and I got the chicken tenders and we both loved it."
