"9.17.23I googled food places near me and I wanted to try something different. This place looked good so I figured I’d give it a try. I ordered online which was very easy. I opted for curbside delivery and entered my vehicle description as required. I pulled up to the location and waited a few minutes but no one brought my food out to me. I called and they said they’d bring it out to me in a minute. About 5 minutes pass and I watched the kid clean the ice cream counter, play with his phone and stand there to pick at his fingers. I walked in and the same kid asked if I was picking up. I said it was supposed to be curb side delivery but I guess y’all don’t do that anymore. My food was sitting under a heat lamp. Why offer the service if the employees are too busy in their own world to handle it? The food wasn't even that great to have gone through such the trouble. I even provided a tip. Jeez."

"Arby's is always a solid choice... Especially if you are on hamburger burnout. We went through the drive thru and got 3 meals. The person at the window even double checked to make sure we got the right drinks. Great food and service."
