"I came here tonight at 8:05pm and they close at 9pm. Upon walking in all the lights were off but the sign “open” was on. So we walked in super happy that they were open even though it looked closed. The waitress immediately said we start cleaning at 8:30 pm will that be enough time? I responded, “ Enough time for what?” She repeated it again, “ enough time.” I was like oh Well we want to sit and eat. So she finally relented and sat us and gave us menus begrudgingly. We felt uncomfortable so we sat and looked at the menu for like 30 seconds and she came back to our table and asked if we were ready to order. After being rushed and obviously not feeling welcome we just left. I will never go back there. Such a disappointment and I was looking forward to the food since my friend said it was really good."

"Absolutely love this place! I’ve been multiple times and it’s always been amazing! Obviously you have to get the tamales, but other personal faves include the brisket fajita bowl, the elote wrap, and the coffee horchata!The little store attached is also super cute and is always stocked with fun new things to try and old favorites I always grab.The owners and staff are so nice, the vibe is great, and the food is delicious. Definitely worth checking out!"

"Had the hot wings and the lemon pepper. Both were very good. Probably would skip the beans next time as they just tasted like Bush’s Baked Beans. Felt like I was in the twilight zone when I was told you get a free beer when dining in!"
