"I just called about an honest mistake on my end. I accidentally ordered at the wrong location and the woman I spoke to had a nasty attitude about the situation. I told her how I meant to order for the Atlanta Highway location and she was saying “well we already made it” and mind you I live closer to Atlanta hwy and was already at the Atlanta hwy store. She got an attitude saying “well it’s going to take 3-5 business days to go back onto your card” like that would discourage me and make me drive ALL THE WAY back to Zelda rd. Money wasn’t an issue and I told her that the wait didn’t bother me. She then says “ok…*CLICK*” hung up in my face without saying thank you, bye, or anything. That was a really nasty and disrespectful way of handling the situation and this is coming from someone who works in customer service."
