"The worst Cuban Sandwich I've ever had. It was all lots of ham with a very tiny sliver of shredded pork, and only two pickle slices and no cheese. So basically a very hearty, heavy ham sandwich. Very disappointed, I will never patronize again. I do not recommend."

"This was a drive-thru visit. On March 30, 2022, at approximately 8:45pm, our car was probably the 15th car in line, and from prior bad experiences at another Pollo, I thought this might be another hour long wait. I was pleasantly surprised to see the line moving rather swiftly, and that the outside attendant had already taken the orders for the majority of the cars. I would say that we were out with our food in about 18 minutes. The food we requested they had available even at that hour. The temperature of the food was hot, smelled and looked fresh. It also was nicely plated and tasted great. And the young lady was so efficient in taking the outside orders, and did so pleasantly I might add, that upon picking up our food, she was the one who was now the cashier, handing us our food with a smile. Great service!"

"As a Cuban myself, I was taken away by the atmosphere as I walked in to the dining area. Seeing the old photos, black and white of the founders made modern Cuban restaurant look interesting. The place is nice, good location and parking. The food was not great, the meet was not cooked properly, the moro just like sushi rice, sticky and the second time I went, I had shrimp a la jillo and it was terrible. Overall I will not eat in the restaurant. The staff were good but the food was poorly cooked. Not recommended."

I was so hungry and wanted a family discount cause i have family that law enforcement and i also and they denial my discount, i was very upset? i been paying alot of money to pollo tropical business administration. "Nice family owned Cuban restaurant that seemed to be well liked by the locals. We had the sampler appetizer and we were full before finishing that! We shared the grilled fish topped with the shrimp in Creole sauce. Amazing! We left so stuffed for $45. The dinner was like high and restaurants in Latin America. Very fresh. Very well prepared. Service was also good. We were well attended."
