"I ordered a small chocolate veneration and my friend ordered a small banana caramel thing and oh my goodness, they are absolutely scurry. I'm happy to eat this ice cream. I am lactose intolerant, but I give cold stone a take. 10000/10 definitely recommend. the workers were so efficient. love it!"

"I love coming to this location. The service is quick and friendly. I recommend ordering ahead on their app for faster service.Recently I went later in the night knowing they may be sold out of the two donuts I ordered. I don’t make a big deal about it, I just ask for something similar. To my surprise the girl working the drive thru filled up my bag with donuts! Much appreciated"

"Been coming here for years, I am saddened that the high standard customer service has succumbed to post Covid service like many, keeping prices high and lowering customer service. My daughter ordered a Hot Cajun Chicken Sandwich, repeated it twice to only get a cold one, when she received her sandwich, the attitude and no apologies was exemplified and then was told she was going to have to pay for it. After explaining she said twice she specifically ordered a Hot, the sandwich was made and brought to the table and tossed with a irritated ?here you go?! My daughter went on to say thank you, only to be ignored. They just opened and were not busy. I come here and pay a premium price for a good sandwich, should we not get better than this."
